Huatian Hotel Group Co., Ltd. (Huatian Group) was established in 1988. It is a cross-regional modern service company listed in the hotel service industry, mainly covering property management, laundry, housekeeping, group meals, and commercial trade, under the control of Hunan Tourism Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise in Hunan Province. Huatian Group owns stakes in 25 companies and oversees the management of over 60 hotels, including those that are self-operated, leased, and managed. The group has established four major brand matrices, namely "Huatian Hotel," "Huatian International Hotel," "Huatian Holiday Hotel," and "Huatian Choice Hotel."
